What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They can be “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by a vendor we use).

Storage we use

Strictly necessary storage supports security, load balancing, session continuity, sign-in, fraud prevention, and remembering your cookie choice. Our consent choice key is stored only in your browser local storage so that we can respect your decision on later visits.

First-party functional storage: your sign-in session (set by our authentication provider), your light or dark theme preference, a short-lived cookie used while a new API key is being shown to you, and an attribution cookie that records the campaign parameters or referring site that first brought you here, kept for up to 180 days and linked to your account if you sign up. None of this storage is shared with advertisers.

Optional services load only after you select Accept: Google Analytics measures website usage and performance; HubSpot supports usage analytics and customer communications; and Intercom provides the website support chat. These providers may use cookies, local storage, session storage, device/browser information, page URLs, and interaction events for those purposes.

We do not use these tools to sell personal information or for cross-site behavioral advertising. If our optional services or purposes change, we will update this policy and the consent notice.

Typical optional storage duration

Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies for up to two years, subject to browser limits and our provider configuration.

HubSpot analytics and support storage may include __hstc, hubspotutk, and messagesUtk for up to six months; __hssc for about 30 minutes; and __hssrc for the browser session.

Intercom Messenger storage may include intercom-id-* and intercom-device-id-* for up to about nine months, intercom-session-* for about one week, plus local or session storage used by the chat widget (for example intercom.intercom-state-*).

Your choices

Before you choose, and after you select Decline, we do not load Google Tag Manager or the optional services listed above. We store only the choice needed to remember and respect your preference; strictly necessary security or authentication storage may still apply.

Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to review or change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops optional services after the page reloads and removes their accessible first-party cookies and browser storage on a best-effort basis. You can also use browser settings to delete site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in or dashboard features.
