TickerLayer provides derived, indicative market data for informational and technical use only. We are not affiliated with any exchange, issuer, broker, trading venue, or listed company unless expressly stated. We do not provide investment advice, execute trades, manage funds, or facilitate financial transactions. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or different from official market prices. Benchmark and comparison content on this site reflects our own observations under a stated methodology during a stated window. It is not exchange data, implies no affiliation, endorsement, or certification by any exchange, index provider, or market data vendor, and is not a measure of execution quality or a guarantee of future performance. Third-party names and marks are used for identification only and belong to their respective owners. Redistribution is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
Technical use
API and WebSocket payloads are provided for integration testing, application development, analytics, and similar technical workflows.
CFD-style index and ETF-style reference symbols and commodity reference prices are indicative developer-facing values. They are not claims about ownership of any index, fund, or physical commodity.
Public symbol pages
Prices, charts, ranges, performance figures, and company reference data shown on public symbol pages are delayed by at least fifteen minutes, are refreshed periodically rather than continuously, and are provided so that you can evaluate the Services. They are not a real-time quotation service and are not suitable as a basis for trading decisions.
Commodity reference prices are shown in the unit the API documents for that contract, for example US cents per pound for sugar and US cents per bushel for grains, and are not converted to a common currency unit.
Accuracy
Data does not come from exchanges and may contain errors or differ from official market prices. Verify independently when accuracy matters for your use case.
