Yes. Quotes and trades stream over WebSocket for stocks, forex, crypto, indices, ETFs and commodities, with a reserved connection slot per key. Alpha Vantage is REST only.

How do the free tiers compare?

Alpha Vantage allows 25 requests a day. TickerLayer allows 3,000 REST requests a month, roughly 100 a day, with no per-minute cap at that volume.

How is usage counted?
